GB/T 23311-2009
Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for class 240 aromatic polyimide film-wrapped copper round wires, where the insulation consists of one or two layers of polyimide film tape. Class 240 indicates a thermal class, which requires a minimum temperature index of 240 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 260°C. The film tape is coated on one or both sides with a suitable adhesive such as perfluoroethylene propylene. The film tape can be sintered after wrapping to form a continuous, bonded sheath. Special requirements can be stipulated in the contract. The temperature in degrees Celsius corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended temperature for winding wire use, because it depends on many factors including the type of equipment used. The nominal diameters of conductors to which this standard applies are: - Minimum: 1.600 mm; Maximum: 5.000 mm. The nominal diameter of the conductor is shown in Table 1. When referring to the products covered by this standard, the following information should be given: - GB number and (or) IEC number; - conductor diameter; - class. Example: GB/T 23311-2009 2.000 mm grade A2 or IEC 60317-43 2.000 mm grade A2
