Scope
This standard specifies the HPLC method for the determination of dehydroacetic acid content in butter, pickles, fermented soybean products, bread, cakes, baked food fillings, compound seasonings, and fruit and vegetable juices. This standard is applicable to the determination of dehydroacetic acid content in butter, pickles, fermented soybean products, bread, cakes, baked food fillings, compound seasonings, and fruit and vegetable juices. Other foods can be implemented as a reference. The quantitative limit of this standard is 5 mg/kg.
