- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods and inspection rules for the oil discharge monitoring system of oil tankers (hereinafter referred to as the monitoring system). This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and acceptance of monitoring systems for cruise ships of 150 gross tonnage and above.
