- This standard stipulates the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage, and content of purchase order (or contract) of tungsten wire. This standard is applicable to the manufacture of tungsten wires for various lighting filaments, grid wires, brackets, leads, electrodes, springs, vacuum coating heaters, furnace heating materials, and high-temperature components.
