This part of GB/T 6109 specifies the requirements for grade 180 enameled copper round wire with a single paint layer based on polyesterimide resin. The resin can be modified if the chemical properties of the original resin are retained and all requirements specified for the enameled wire are met. Note: Modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its certain performance or usage characteristics. Class 180 represents a special grade, which requires a minimum temperature index of 180 and a thermal shock temperature of at least 200°C. The Celsius temperature corresponding to the temperature index is not the recommended temperature for enameled wire because it depends on many factors including the type of equipment used. . ——Level 1: 0.020 mm and above 1.600 mm and below;
——Level 2: 0.020 mm and above 1.600 mm and below. The nominal diameter of the conductor is in accordance with GB/T 6109.1-2008 The provisions of Chapter 4.
