Scope
For the purpose of aircraft nois airworthiness certification, this standard specifies the electroacoustic performance requirements for instrument systems used to measure nois . It also recommends some methods for periodic testing of instrument systems to verify whether the performance of the equipment continues to meet the specified tolerances. Require. Generally, a nois measurement system is composed of a series of instruments, including microphones, recorders, analyzers, and output devices. The components of measurement systems in practical applications are not exactly the same, but they can all achieve the required functions in different ways. Systems can be analog or digital.
