Scope
This part specifies the requirements and analysis, ground tests and flight tests required to prevent flutter, divergence and other aeroelastic instabilities during aircraft design and manufacture. This section provides analysis and test requirements to identify and establish some criteria and parameters as minimum standards for structural design, the airframe should be able to meet these requirements. This part applies to the ordering, design and verification of various military aircraft (excluding helicopters). This part is also one of the basis for signing the contract, and the specific model should be implemented according to the terms of the contract.
