- This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance regulations and delivery preparations for military electronic test equipment including systems, instruments and auxiliary parts (hereinafter referred to as equipment). These devices can be civil designs, including general, special, automatic test equipment (ATE) and calibration equipment, and special or bench-top installation equipment can be implemented as a reference. Detailed requirements for special equipment shall be specified in the product specification of the equipment. This specification is applicable to various types of equipment. It is the main technical basis for product or equipment development, design, production and acceptance, and it is also the principle and basis for formulating equipment product specifications and other technical documents. The requirements of this specification are determined according to the environmental level of the equipment, and can be tailored according to the configuration and intended use of the equipment.
