Scope: This part of GB/T19495 specifies the method for quantitative detection of nucleic acid of genetically modified components in genetically modified products. The normative appendix of this part specifies the nucleic acid quantitative detection methods of different genetically modified varieties and strains. This section specifies the calculation methods for the absolute content and relative content of genetically modified ingredients. This part applies to the real-time fluorescent PCR quantitative detection of genetically modified ingredients in food, feed, seeds and their environmental materials. This part is also applicable to the confirmatory detection of positive results of qualitative PCR detection of genetically modified ingredients in genetically modified products.
