- This standard specifies the classification and definition of oil and gas resources/reserves (hereinafter referred to as resources/reserves). This standard applies to the calculation, review and statistics of resources/reserves, and also applies to the approval of domestic mining rights and development plans, the transfer of mining rights, and the intermediary evaluation of reserves in activities such as financing and financing of oil and gas exploration and development.
