Scope

This standard specifies the terms, classification, marking, dimensions and performance requirements for clothes hangers installed over the rear wheels of bicycles. This standard is applicable to the clothes hangers for general-purpose bicycles such as ordinary bicycles, light bicycles and electric bicycles specified in QB 1714.
