Scope

This standard specifies the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis method for the simultaneous determination of the content of 15 elements in stainless steel and alloy steel. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of 15 elements such as Si and Mn in stainless steel and alloy steel. The applicable scope of each element is shown in Table 1.
