This standard stipulates that the plastic film or sheet should be made into a standard bag, and the water content of the inner surface of the plastic bag should be measured by filling the selected water-like food simulant into the plastic bag under a limited test time and temperature (≤70°C). Test method for total migration of food simulants. This standard applies to various plastic films and plastic sheets that can be made into standard bags by heat sealing or pressure sealing; especially suitable for multi-layer composite plastics. When testing, only the layer in direct contact with the food is tested. Standard plastic bag dimensions are as described in 6.3.
