Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of the resistance of printed matter to liquid and solid reagents, solvents, resin solutions and acids. This standard is applicable to printing on various substrates. The printing methods include various traditional printing and digital imaging, such as inkjet, electrostatic imaging, etc. The marking materials used should be consistent with the printing methods.
