- Scope
- This standard specifies the basic parameters, types, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of hand-held electric scissors. This standard applies to AC and DC dual-purpose and single-phase series excitation hand-held horseshoe-shaped knife holder electric scissors (hereinafter referred to as electric scissors) for cutting metal plates under general environmental conditions. This standard does not apply to double-edged electric scissors.
