- This standard specifies the impact type of conventional impactors, impactor types and the effects of simulated actual impact on vertical building components. This standard also specifies the general test procedures, and the specific test procedures for each type of component will be given in its specific standards. This standard applies to all vertical (or nearly vertical) building components, but does not include the whole door. GB/T 14155 stipulates the method of impacting soft and heavy objects on the whole door. When impact is used to qualify material properties, it is often to the material properties whose material properties are specified in the standards for these materials. This standard does not address the vibration of impacts on specific types of walls. Specific descriptions of various types of building components (impact energy, location and number of impacts, etc.) and criteria for assessing impact results are given in the test and performance standards for these building components.
