- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and other requirements for internal joints made of impermeable graphite (impregnated, pressed). This standard applies to graphite internal joints made of impermeable graphite materials (impregnated, pressed) used on pipelines transporting corrosive media in the chemical, petroleum and other industries.
