Scope: This standard specifies the definition, classification and model, technical requirements, testing and methods, acceptance rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of fully automatic fixed bed sodium ion exchangers. This standard is applicable to fixed-bed sodium ion exchangers with a working pressure of less than 0.6MPa and using multi-way valve automatic control. This standard does not apply to fluid bed, moving bed, floating bed sodium ion exchangers, nor to non-automatically controlled fixed bed sodium ion exchangers. This standard specifies the principles for matching the inlet water quality pretreatment and outlet water quality of a fully automatic fixed bed ion exchanger with the terminal system requirements.
