Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of food additive jasmine extract. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of the food additive jasmine extract prepared by extracting jasmine (Jasminum sambac) flowers with fragrant flower specification petroleum ether as a solvent.
