This standard specifies two methods for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in feed, which can only be used for semi-quantitative determination. Method A of this standard is applicable to single feed products such as oilseeds and oilseed meals, peanuts, coconut kernels, linseeds, soybeans, palm kernels, tapioca starch, corn meal, cereals and cereal products, pea flour, potato residues and potato flour . When method A is used to determine the interference of a single feed mentioned above, method B is recommended. Method B in this standard is applicable to compound feeds and single feeds not mentioned above. This method is not applicable to feed containing citrus pomace.
