Scope

This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for aflatoxin B₁ in feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin B₁ in various feed materials, compound feeds and concentrated feeds. The detection limit of this standard is 0.1μg/kg.
