Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of the food additive ethyl caproate. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of the food additive ethyl caproate prepared by chemical synthesis using caproic acid and ethyl ester as raw materials.
