- Scope
- This part of GB/T 22512 specifies the requirements for rotary shoulder threaded connections and gauges used in the oil and gas industry, including dimensional requirements for threads and thread gauges, measurement methods, gauge specifications, and thread detection methods and instruments. Said threaded connections are preferably used for drill string components. Supplementary regulations such as special tolerances, quality, testing, testing and finished product requirements can be negotiated and determined by the parties concerned. This standard applies to the following preferred rotary shoulder threaded connection designs: number (NC) type; regular (REG) type; through-hole (FH) type. The above rotary shoulder threaded connections can be traced to the gauge calibration system provided by relevant international organizations.
