Scope

This standard specifies the low-temperature phase barium metaborate (β-Bab₂O₄, referred to as BBO) and lithium triborate (LiB₃O< Subscript 5>, referred to as LBO) quality testing method. This standard applies to BBO and LBO single crystal components. Other borate nonlinear optical single crystal elements that can meet the requirements of this standard can also be used as a reference.
