Scope: This specification is formulated to prevent and reduce fire hazards to hangars and protect personal and property safety. This code is applicable to the fire protection design of newly built, expanded and rebuilt hangars. The fire protection design of the hangar must follow the fire protection work policy of "prevention first, combining prevention and fire prevention". According to the characteristics of hangar fires, reliable fire protection measures should be taken to achieve safety, application, advanced technology, and economical rationality. The fire protection design of the hangar shall not only comply with this code, but also comply with the current relevant national standards.
