Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements, tests, codes and labels, and inspection rules for the hazards of civil explosives and dangerous goods. This standard applies to the inspection of the hazardous characteristics of explosives and dangerous goods for civil use. This standard does not apply to the inspection of the hazards of the following goods: - the hazards of military explosives; - the hazards of explosives in the production process; - the hazards of unpackaged explosives during transportation; - Hazards caused by the influence of static electricity or electromagnetic field; - Hazards caused by improper operation or illegal operation; - Special hazards under other abnormal transport conditions.
