Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for the chemical analysis of cemented carbide by flame atomic absorption. The standards listed in Table 1 of this part specify methods for determining the content of the following elements by flame atomic absorption spectrometry: calcium, cobalt, chromium, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, sodium, nickel, titanium, vanadium.
