blended to produce a liquid which is smooth and uniform in consistency
and which complies with the following detail requirements:

b. Softening point of distillation residue, ' F 140 to 160

d. Shall be suitable for spray application at temperatures above 60' F
e, When applied at a coverage rate of 300 square feet per gallon on a
clean, smooth steel surface and allowed to dry insa ventilated 70' F,
50-percent relative-humidity atmosphere, the compound shall dry
to a firm, dry film in 24 hours.
