GB/T 15247-2008 Microbeam analysis.Electron probe microanalysis.Guidelines for determining the carbon content of steels using calibration curve method (English Version)
This standard specifies the calibration curve method for the determination of carbon content in carbon steel and low alloy steel (less than 2% by mass fraction of other alloying elements) by electronic probe. This standard covers sample preparation, X-ray detection, establishment of calibration curves and evaluation of the uncertainty of carbon content detection. This standard is suitable for measuring the carbon content of steel whose carbon mass classification is less than 1%. When the carbon content is higher than 1%, the detection accuracy will be greatly affected, and this standard is not applicable. This standard applies to normal incidence and spectrometers, not to energy spectrometers.
