This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of fresh sea fish. This standard applies to fresh seawater fish that have not been processed after harvesting, chilled seawater fish, and fresh seawater fish that have only been viscerated but not otherwise processed.
