- This standard specifies the principle, reagents, instruments, samples, operation steps, result calculation, repeatability and test report for the determination of 1-monoglyceride and free glycerol. This standard applies to animal and vegetable oils and oils, fats, fatty acids and glycerin esterification products. This standard does not apply to chloroform-soluble polyols containing two or more adjacent hydroxyl groups other than monoglycerides and free glycerol, and chloroform-soluble Water polyols.
