Scope

This standard specifies the method, principle, instruments and equipment, collection and preparation of samples, test procedures, calculation of results and precision of coke with a particle size greater than 60 mm and .25 mm. This standard applies to the determination of the mechanical strength of coke with a particle size not less than 25 mm. Coke smaller than 25 mm can also be used as a reference.
