Scope

1.1 This part of GB/T 1844 provides unified symbols for the components of plasticizer-related terms to form abbreviations. It generally includes only those abbreviations that are already in general use. 1.2 This section is to avoid multiple abbreviations for the same plasticizer. These symbols were originally intended as a convenient shorthand method for forming abbreviations for chemical names in publications or other written material.
