Scope: This part specifies the developmental stages of newborns, infants, preschoolers, children, adolescents and adults in China (the corresponding representative ages are 0.25 years old, 1 year old, 5 years old, 10 years old, 15 years old, 20 years old). Reference values of physical parameters such as height, weight, sitting height, head circumference, chest circumference and body surface area. This part is applicable to the estimation of internal and external exposure doses of ionizing radiation and the development of mannequins in radiation protection practice and intervention.
