SN/T 2102.4-2008 Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)for the detection of food-borne pathogens.Part 4:Requirements for amplification and detection for qualitative methods (English Version)
This part of SN/T 2102 specifies basic guidelines for the qualitative detection of foodborne pathogens using PCR technology. Includes general requirements for sequence-specific amplification, detection and confirmation of target nucleic acids. The goal is to ensure repeatability and reproducibility of test results obtained by different laboratories. This section is applicable to PCR amplification and detection of pathogens in food and feed. PCR detection of other samples such as environmental samples and microbial strains can also be used as a reference.
