This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunoassay method for the total residues of α-endosulfan and β-endosulfan in imported and exported foods. This standard is applicable to the screening and detection of endosulfan residues in grains, vegetables, tea, tobacco, fruits, meat and meat products, and shrimp. Fish are not suitable for the determination of enzyme-linked immunoassay, and the colloidal gold test paper method is used for determination. See Appendix B for the method.
