- This standard formulates the meteorological condition index for electricity demand, including: meteorologically sensitive load condition index and meteorologically sensitive power consumption condition index. This standard formulates the calculation methods, index levels, critical values for dividing index levels and representation colors of the meteorologically sensitive load condition index and the meteorologically sensitive power consumption condition index. This standard is applicable to the evaluation and prediction of meteorologically sensitive loads and meteorologically sensitive electricity consumption.
