Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive L-malic acid. This standard applies to food additives, L-malic acid, produced by enzyme engineering and fermentation methods. This product is mainly used as an acidity regulator for food.
