Scope

This standard specifies the structure, measurement range, technical requirements, verification procedures, packaging and marking of commonly used anthropometric instruments for direct measurement. This standard applies to the design and development of human altimeters, right-angle gauges, bent-foot gauges, and tripod parallel gauges.
