- This standard specifies the determination method of glycyrrhizic acid in health food. This standard applies to the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in health food with licorice as the main raw material. When the sample volume is 3.0g, the volume is fixed to 25mL, and the injection volume is 10μL, the detection limit (LOD) of the method is 1.0×10-3g/kg, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) of the method is 3.0×10 -3 g/kg, the linear range is 5.0μg/mL～50μg/mL.
