Scope
This standard specifies the determination method for sucralose (sucralose) in food. This standard applies to the determination of sucralose in food. The detection limit of this standard: when the sampling volume is 5.00g, the constant volume is 5.00mL, and the injection volume is 20µL, the detection limit is 0.004g/kg; the quantification limit is 0.014g/kg. The linear range of this standard is: 0.100mg/mL~0.800mg/mL.
