- This standard specifies the determination method of lycopene in health food. This standard applies to the determination of lycopene added as the main functional ingredient in health food. When the sample volume is 1.0g, the volume is set to 10mL, and the injection volume is 10µL, the detection limit (LOD) is 3×10-4g/kg, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) is 1×10- 3g/kg. Linear range: 0.200 µg/mL～20.0 µg/mL.
