Scope
This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions of Good Laboratory Practice (hereinafter referred to as GLP), as well as the main technical specifications, including the organization and personnel of the testing institution, quality assurance plan, facilities, instruments, materials and reagents, and testing systems. , test samples and references, standard operating procedures, conduct of studies, reporting of study results, storage and custody of records and materials. Non-clinical health and environmental safety studies covered by the GLP principles set out in this standard include work performed in laboratories, greenhouses and fields. In addition to the explicit exemption of national legislation, the GLP principles specified in this standard apply to all non-clinical health and environmental safety studies required by regulations, including registration or application of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, food additives and feed additives, cosmetics, veterinary drugs and similar products permits, and industrial chemical management.
