Scope

This standard specifies the safety and reliability tests for fuzes equipped with electric explosive devices or other electrical and electronic components to simulate the action of high-altitude electromagnetic pulse environment in the laboratory. This standard applies to fuzes incorporating electro-explosive devices or other electrical and electronic components. See Appendix A for relevant background materials of this standard.
