This standard specifies a method for the determination of phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, potassium, sodium and boron in vegetables, fruits and their products using inductively coupled plasma emis ion spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, potassium, sodium and boron in vegetables, fruits and their products. The linear range of this method is 0~500mg/L. The detection limit of this method is 0.001mg/L~0.171mg/L (see Appendix A.1 for details).
