- Scope
- This standard specifies oil-paper capacitor type wall bushings (hereinafter referred to as oil-paper wall bushings), capacitor composite dry-type wall bushings (hereinafter referred to as dry-type wall bushings) and oil-paper capacitive transformer bushings (hereinafter referred to as oil-paper Transformer bushing) type and size. This standard applies to wall bushings and transformer bushings used in three-phase AC systems with a rated voltage of 40.5kV to 800kV and a frequency of 15Hz to 60Hz. Upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer, this standard can be used in part or in whole in the following situations: bushings for non-three-phase AC systems; bushings for high-voltage direct current systems; bushings for test transformers; bushings for other purposes. The special requirements for transformer bushings in this standard also apply to reactor bushings.
