Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the equilibrium boiling point of engine coolant. The equilibrium boiling point refers to the temperature at which the sample boils and reaches gas-liquid equilibrium in a cooling device under standard atmospheric pressure. This standard adopts the International System of Units, and the content in brackets is for reference only. This standard does not address all safety issues related to use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health measures and determine the limited scope of application before use.
