- Scope
- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of the content of nitroimidazoles in feed. This standard applies to the determination of metronidazole, ronidazole, dimernidazole and tinidazole in compound feed, concentrated feed and premixed feed. The detection limit of this standard: metronidazole, ronidazole, dimernidazole and tinidazole in the feed are all 8 μg/kg. The limit of quantification of this standard: Metronidazole, ronidazole, dimernidazole and tinidazole in the feed are all 25 μg/kg.
