This standard specifies the thermal stability test methods for phthalate, adipate and sebacate plasticizers. This standard applies to the determination of thermal stability of phthalates, adipates and sebacate plasticizers. This standard does not apply to diallyl phthalate because of its explosive polymerization hazard.
