Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography methods for the determination of rutin, myricetin, quercetin, canphenanthol, apigenin, pinenin, causticin, and galangin in propolis. This standard is applicable to the determination of rutin, myricetin, quercetin, canphenanthrene, apigenin, pinenin, causin and galangin in propolis. The detection limit of this standard liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry: 0.15g/kg for rutin, 0.050g/kg for myricetin, 0.025g/kg for quercetin and galangin; Pinus and causticin 0.0060g/kg; detection limit of liquid chromatography: myricetin, camphenyl alcohol, apigenin, causticin 0.10g/kg; rutin, quercetin, pinusin, galangal The element is 0.20g/kg.
